煤矿井下电磁波无线随钻测井软件设计与实现

摘    要:为了实现控制煤矿井下电磁波无线随钻测井仪器,设计并实现了一套煤矿井下电磁波无线随钻测井软件。该软件包括控制软件和随钻监测软件两部分,具有系统自检、数据采集、钻进轨迹偏差计算、电磁波电阻率计算、钻头与顶底板关系判断等数据处理功能。采用MVC对软件的系统构架进行设计。描述了各模块的设计流程,并用C#语言完成软件的开发。实际应用表明该软件现场操作方便可实现随钻测井的实时监测管理。该软件的成功开发,提升了中国煤矿井下随钻测井的能力与技术水平。

Design and implementation of LWDEWCM software
Abstract:In order to realize the control of downhole logging tool in coal mine, a set of logging while drilling by electromagnetic wave wireless in coal mine(LWDEWCM) software was designed and implemented. The software includes two parts, the control software and the monitoring software. It has the functions of data acquisition, calculation of the trajectory deviation, calculation of the electromagnetic wave resistivity, judgement of the relationship between the drill bit and the floor/roof. MVC is used to design the system architecture of the software. The design process of each model was described, and C# language was used to complete the development of software. The practical application shows that the software is easy to operate and can realize the real-time monitoring and managing of the drilling site. The successful development of the software has filled the blank of coal mine LWD, enhanced ability and technical level of drilling and logging in Chinese coal mines.
