摘    要:针对高瓦斯低渗煤层煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔施工量大、抽采周期长、抽采效率低等问题,提出了气相压裂增透瓦斯治理技术,介绍了气相压裂设备及技术原理,确定了工作面压裂施工方案,并对气相压裂后的预抽效果进行了考察分析。结果显示:气相压裂孔较普通钻孔抽采量提高了4倍,压裂影响区域内的预抽孔抽采量提高了2.4倍。实践证明,气相压裂技术适用于矿井高瓦斯松软低渗煤层的瓦斯抽采。

Application of gas phase permeability-enhancing fracturing techniques in driving face of coal roadway
Abstract:Aimed at the problems such as large work volume, long extraction cycle and low gas drainage rate of holes for gas drainage in high-gas seam with low permeabilty in driving face of coal roadway, the paper presented gas phase permeability-enhancing fracturing technique, introduced the gas phase fracturing equipment and the technical principle, the scheme of fracturing operation in working face was determined, the pre-drainage effectiveness after gas phase fracturing was investigated and analyzed. The results show that the quantity of gas drainage of gas phase-fractured hole was four times more than that of ordinary hole, and the quantity of gas drainage of the pre-drainage hole increased by 2.4 times. The practice has proved that gas phase fracturing, as a technology and a technique for safe production in coal mine, is suitable for high gas and soft coal seam with low permeability. Gas phase fracturing has very important theoretical significance and wide application prospect.
