摘    要:服务于高瓦斯矿井的现代化抽放系统应该至少具备 3个条件:合理的抽放技术;先进的抽放设备;以及为完成设备操作和实施抽放技术而制定的各项操作规程、作业规程和相关管理制度。三者之间通过优化实现最佳配置。本文论述了利用计算机技术实现抽放技术优化和抽放管理强化的基本方法,讨论了实现高效瓦斯抽放的技术途径。

Abstract:A high-efficiency gas drainage system would be built up with three indispensable supporting elements.They could be described as (1) Reasonable technology opera table as geology-case-specific;(2) Advanced equipment suitable for technology orientation,and (3) Operation procedures and management rules regulating a standardized full time team purposed to operate such equipment and fulfill such technical plans.An optimum configuration of these three elements could be reinforced by “technology optimization” and “management intensification”.It has been discussed in this paper that modern communication technology plus computer involvement could be the best time and cost efficient way to reach a simultaneous ending of technology optimization and management intensification. Proposals on how to make better involvement of such technologies and how to enhance the drainage recovery have been presented in a justification manner.
