矿用电磁随钻伽马测井仪标定与试验

摘    要:为有效识别煤层及其顶底板,针对煤矿定向钻孔施工需求,开发了矿用电磁随钻伽马测井仪。通过自然伽马测井刻度获得仪器刻度系数,采用标准井测试及煤矿井下穿层孔试验,获得矿用电磁随钻伽马测井仪多种测量曲线。通过与标准井伽马曲线对比及穿层孔地质资料分析,验证了矿用电磁随钻伽马测井仪测量结果的准确性。山西伯方煤矿井下应用试验表明,矿用电磁随钻伽马测井仪在定向钻孔施工中不仅能进行钻孔轨迹测量同时可有效识别煤层顶底板界面,对于指导煤矿井下定向钻孔施工、提高目的层钻遇率具有重要意义。

Calibration and experiment of mine electromagnetic LWD gamma logging tool
Abstract:In order to effectively identify coal seam, roof and floor, mine electromagnetic LWD gamma logging tool was developed for directional drilling in coal mine. The calibration coefficient of the instrument can be obtained by natural gamma logging scale, and various measurement curves of mine electromagnetic LWD gamma logging tool can be obtained by standard well test and crossing borehole test in coal mine. Through comparing with the gamma curve of standard well and analyzing the geological data of the crossing borehole, the measurement result accuracy of mine electromagnetic LWD gamma logging tool is verified. The application test in underground coal mine shows that the mine electromagnetic LWD gamma logging tool can not only measure the drilling track, but also effectively identify the interface of coal seam roof and floor in directional drilling operation, which is of great significance for guiding the operation of directional drilling underground and improving the drilling encounter rate of target layer.
