煤层气井自调偏式井口密封装置研制与试验

摘    要:针对煤层气井现有井口密封装置密封效果不好,造成井口有水、气体泄漏的问题,研制了一种适用于煤层气井的自调偏式井口光杆密封装置。该密封装置从上而下依次由盘根密封盒、自调偏机构、下接头3部分组成。自调偏部分由万向节结构总成和高压挠性胶管巧妙结合,使密封盒与光杆能够始终保持随动对中。现场应用表明,该井口密封装置密封性能可靠,结构简单,具有推广应用前景。

Development and test of self-adjusting deflected wellhead sealing device for coalbed methane wells
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of fluid and gas leakage in coal seam gas well, a self-adjusting deflected wellhead sealing device suitable for coal seam gas wells is developed. The device consists of three parts:Smooth rod sealing box, self-adjusting deflected part and lower sub. The self-adjusting deflected part is a smart combination of universal joint and high pressure flexible rubber tube, which makes the sealing box and the polished rod always keep good concentricity. Practical application shows that this kind of polished rod sealing device has reliable sealing performance, simple structure and the prospect of popularization and application.
