| Abstract: | To study the archaeal community structure and diversity in the core area of West Pacific warm pool,the 16S rDNA library technology was employed to construct the clone library for the water samples from the KX08-973-22 site(named CWP).A total of 561 clones were obtained and 50 operational taxonomic units(OTUs) were identified.By homologous comparison for the 16S rRNA gene sequences,construction of phylogenetic tree and statistical analysis,it has been found that all the archaeal phylotypes in this study are ... |
