摘    要:城市土质地基越来越多,但对土质地基承载力的正确认识还不够,合理地利用土质地基既安全又经济。通过几个建筑工程设计变更实例,强调了原位承载力试验的必要性,论述了土质地基承载力特征值取值合理性问题,分析了目前在对土质地基勘察设计中存在的问题。

Abstract:Subgrade soils are more and more used in city construction, but it is not enough to recognize bearing capacity of subgrade soils. Aptitude use of foundation soils is safe and economical. Through several examples alteration design of construction engineering, this paper emphasizes the necessity of in-situ loading test; discusses the rationality of characteristic values of bearing capacity for subgrade soils; analyzes problems existing in the exploration for foundation soils.
