地铁施工对邻近建筑物安全风险管理

摘    要:随着城市现代化进程的加速,对交通设施建设的需求在不断的增加。由于城市所处的特殊环境,地铁在城市交通中占有很重要的位置,且发展迅速。地铁施工对近邻建筑物的影响已成为地铁工程中的重点和难点。因此,在施工过程中必须采取可靠措施,并且根据建筑物的沉降及倾斜控制标准,对地铁施工过程进行有效的管理,严格控制地表沉降,才不会影响邻近建筑物的安全使用。针对地铁施工对邻近建筑物的安全影响,提出安全管理的程序、方法和内容以及建筑物的一般保护措施,可用于指导该类工程的施工和管理,保证该类工程的顺利进行。

Abstract:Along with the acceleration of the city modernization course, it is demanded to increase means of transportation construction. It is very important and its prompt development for the metro to city traffic because of the special condition of city. The influence of metro construction on neighboring buildings is becoming the emphasis and the difficulty in metro engineering. So it must adopt credible measures according to the subsidence and tilt control criterion of buildings in the course of metro construction to supervise effectively metro construction and to strictly control ground settlement and to ensure the security of buildings. This paper aims at the influence of metro construction on various buildings, putting forward the procedure, means and contents of construction and management, and the normal protection measures of buildings. It can instruct the construction of similar engineering and ensure the engineering to go on wheels.
