摘    要:介绍了传统堤坝劈裂灌浆工存在的主要问题,通过对灌浆起始劈裂点的力学求解,分析了劈裂灌浆浆液扩散规律;提出了坝体底部首先劈裂的灌浆工艺。以山东某水库堤坝劈裂灌浆工程为研究对象,利用三维有限差分数值方法分析了坝体底部劈裂灌浆引起坝体的应力和变形特征。结果表明,采用应变软化模型能有效的模拟土体材料的弹塑性力学行为,反映灌浆完成后浆脉的固结和周围土体的湿陷作用,即“浆坝互压”的作用机制,分析结果与实测结果吻合较好;同时得到了一些有价值的结论,为劈裂灌浆防渗加固工程的施工和设计提供理论指导。

Abstract:The mechanical problems of grouting engineering traditionally are pointed out; and the law of grouting fluid movement is analyzed based on the mechanical solutions of the grouting hole. A new grouting method is put forward, for which the position of original split dam body lies in the bottom of earth dam. Based on the project of split grouting engineering in certain dam in Shandong province, the displacements and the stresses are studied after grouting by using 3-D explicit finite difference method. In numerical simulation strain-softening model is suitable for stimulating elastoplastic stress analysis of soil, and embodying the interaction between grouting fabric and embankment. The conclusion of numerical analysis is consistent with the in-situ observations. Some available results are gained, which are useful for the design and construction of grouting in embankment.
