摘    要:从大庆探区非常规油气资源潜力分析入手,明确生物气、页岩油、煤层气、致密砂岩气、页岩气等非常规油气资源潜力大,勘探前景好.指出大庆探区非常规油气资源勘探开发面临的探明程度低、技术不完善、政策扶持和资金投入力度不够、矿权归属不够明确、专业人才匮乏等五方面问题.探讨了大庆探区非常规油气资源勘探开发的5项对策措施,确定了提高产量、规模化生产、寻找规模储量、力争获得工业发现四个层次的攻关目标和方向,为大庆探区非常规油气资源合理的勘探开发提供可靠依据.

Abstract:With analysis on the great potential of unconventional oil and gas resources like biogas, shale oil, coalbed methane, tight sandstone gas and shale gas in Daqing exploratory area, the authors point out that there are five problems, namely, low degree of proved reserves, imperfect technology, inadequate policy support and investment, ambiguous mineral right and insufficient professionals in the exploration and development. Five countermeasures and four levels of aims and directions such as output increase, scale production, scale reserves exploration and shooting for industrial discovery are determined, which provide reliable evidence for reasonable exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resource in the study area.
