| 摘 要： | 温州市滑坡地质灾害预警以近似于点状行政村为预警单元,具有精细化程度高、预警对象明确等优点.基于该理论建立的温州市地质灾害预警预报系统在政府防治地质灾害工作方面起到了关键作用.尤其是在2015年第13号台风"苏迪罗"期间,温州市滑坡地质灾害预警成功率较高,全市实现地质灾害成功避让6起,避免了95人的人员伤亡和40万元的财产损失事件,是温州市"十二五"期间地质灾害防治工作中成效最为明显的一次.本文结合台风"苏迪罗"期间温州市滑坡地质灾害特征及预警结果分析,对预警结果进行了评价,并指出下一步工作的方向和展望.

| Abstract: | The early-warning for geological hazard of landslide in Wenzhou takes village as unit,which is advantageous for high refinement and clear targets.Based on such principle,the early-warning and forecast system plays a significant role in prevention and control of geological hazards for Wenzhou government.Especially during No.13 typhoon of Soudelor in the year of 2015,the early-warning for landslide in Wenzhou got a high success rate,when the city successfully prevented 6 incidents and avoided 95 deaths and 400 000 RMB loss of property.It is the most effective case of prevention and control of geological hazards in Wenzhou during the 12th Five-Year Plan. |
