| 摘 要： | 人类生存的环境是由地球岩石圈、水圈、大气圈和生物圈共同组成的复杂系统，地质环境子系统作为水圈和生物圈的载体，起着极为重要的作用，与生态环境有着最直接、最密切的联系，与人类生存的生态环境相关的地质环境也就构成了“生态地质环境”。研究生态地质环境及其与人类工程活动的相互影响效应，才能从根本上提出合理有效的生态环境整治的方法，提出生态预测和控制的方法和途径，为生态环境的综合整治、社会经济的发展提供科学依据，从而保持社会和经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The survival environment of human being is a complex system consist of the spHeres like as lithology, water, surrounding and biology, the sub-system of geology play a significant role as the carrier, which is straightly and tightly related to the ecologic environment, therefore the setting relative to the survival environment of the mankind forms the ecologic geology surrounding. Mutually affected effects in between ecologic geology surrounding and human engineering activities are investigated with effective approaches of reducing and controlling the ecologic environment foundationally, of presenting the methods of ecologic forecast and domination which provide scientific bases for the general management of ecologic surrounding and social economic progress, thus upHolding the sustainable development. |
