| 摘 要： | 城市地理信息系统是城市基础设施之一，也是一种城市现代化管理、规划和科学决策的先进工具。当前我国城市地理信息系统发展中应注意框架结构和建设顺序、标准化与规范化等问题。采用原型法对城市地理信息系统进行了总体设计，主要包括系统结构设计、数据库设计、子系统设计，并从技术和经济两大方面对所设计的城市地理信息系统进行功能和消息评定。

| Abstract: | The urban geographic information system is not only one of the basic establishments of city but also a kind of advanced tool performing modern city manage,making layout and scientific decision-making. We should notice the frame-construction,design order,standardization and so on in the development of the urban geographic information system in our country. The authors designed the urban geographic information system by prototype method,it mainly include the designing of system-structure,database,and subsystem etc. At last,the valuing of the urban geographic information system from technics and economy was made. |
