长江三峡工程水库塌岸与工程治理研究

摘    要:水库塌岸(岸坡再造)是影响三峡水库移民工程安全的重大地质灾害问题.本文在分析三峡库区塌岸特征的基础上,总结了近期库区塌岸治理工程的若干关键技术问题,论述了三峡库区塌岸预测方法.以兴山县高阳镇库岸治理工程为例,介绍了岸坡稳定性分析、岸坡再造范围预测、库岸稳定性分区和工程治理方案论证的方法、步骤和具体内容.

Abstract:Reservoir bank collapse is one of the most severe geological disasters, which influence the security of immigration engineering in the reservoir area of the Three Gorges project. It is of most importance for normal operation of the Three Gorges project to prevent reservoir bank collapse systematically.On the basis of the analysis of the characteristic of the reservoir collapse in the Three Gorges areas, some of the key technical problems in collapse treatment are studied and the prediction methods of collapse are introduced. The possibility of protecting engineering, load components in engineering design, stability calculation method, security factor and engineering measures are analyzed in detail.Taking reservoir bank treatment engineering in the town of Gaoyang, Xingshan County as an example, we introduce the methods, steps and contents of slope stability analysis, reservoir bank reproducing prediction, stability area division and engineering measures.From the study some conclusions can be made as follows:(1) Reservoir bank collapse will be a severe geological disaster, which influence the security of immigrating engineering in the Three Gorges areas. The first thing for engineering design of preventing measures is to determine the importance grade and security standard of the reservoir bank.(2) The basic load components include reservoir water movement, gravity of rock and soil, engineering action and the special load components plus seismic action.(3) Normal imbalance push method can be used in the calculation of reservoir bank stability, while Sarma method can be used for comparison.(4) To predict the site of bank collapse, we can mainly use dynamic, statistic and experimental methods. It is shown to be effective to make space prediction of reservoir bank collapse for the basic information needed for engineering measures.(5) Engineering measures for reservoir bank collapse prevention must be determined by comprehensive factors, and monitoring work is needed for disaster forecasting.
