摘    要:文章介绍了多目标地球化学填图对所选用的分析方法的方法检出限、准确度和精密度的要求和样品分析质量监控系统,提出了以等离子体质谱仪(ICPMS)、等离子体光学发射光谱仪(ICPOES)和X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)等大型分析仪器为主体建立的分析多目标地球化学填图样品中54种指标的配套分析方案,并已应用于大规模土壤样品的分析测试,提供了巨量的基础数据,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:According to the relevant stipulations, the requirements of the detection limits, the precision and the accuracy of analytical methods selected for the multi-purpose geochemical mapping, and the analytical data monitoring systems were introduced in this paper. A complete set of analytical scheme for determinations of 54 components content in the geochemical mapping with ICP-MS, ICP-OES and XRF as backbones was developed in the laboratory of the Institute of Geophysical and Geochemical Exploration in China. The detection limits of the methods in the scheme are lower than them of the requirements. The testing programme was found to be very satisfactory. A great number of the soil samples in the mapping area have been analyzed. It has provided a huge number of basic data for further detailed interpretation.
