| 摘 要： | 煤矿工业城市是随着煤炭的开发而形成的。煤炭资源的开发、加工和使用又对自然环境造成改变和破坏，其原因在于煤矿开采时含水层结构被破坏、水循环规律发生改变以及水化学相平衡失调，使水环境发生变化。水环境变化的结果，最重要的是引起水资源的枯竭及水体的污染，从而对煤矿工业城市的发展起到严重的阻碍作用。本文在扼要分析煤矿工业城市水环境变化及其问题基础上，深入研究了产生水环境变化和问题的原因，进而提出维护水环境平衡、解决水环境问题的对策。

| Abstract: | The cities of coal industry have been forming with the exploitation of coal. Because of the mining of coal, the aquifer structure is destroied, the change of hydrologic cycle occurs, and the hydrochemistrical factes have a lack of balance. It lends to the change of water environment whose most important result is that the water resources are exhausted and the water bodies are polluted. In this paper, having analysed the changes and problems of water environment in the cities of coal industry, the causes are studied, and then the countermeasures for upholding thd hydro-environmental balance and solving the hydro-environmental problems are put forward. |
