| Abstract: | In this paper, the author discusses the relation between developing economy and earthquake prevention and disaster reduction by using the view of materialist dialectisc. Also, he brings out the opinion that emancipating the mind and changing the idea are the key for promoting the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Fujian Province. |
