摘    要:用P507萃淋树脂一盐酸体系色谱分离、ICP-AES法测定高纯氧化镥中14种痕量稀土杂质。检测限低,抗干扰能力强,稳定性好,分离周期短,多次取样加入标准分离试验,杂质回收率在81.4%-116%,相对标准偏差为1.68%-6.01%。

Abstract:Foureteen kinds of trace rare-earth impurity is separated from high--pure lutetium oxideby means of P507 extraction and elution resin that is in hydrochloride acid system. The content of each impurity can be determined by ICP--AES. The testing limit is low, the anti--interference ability is high. The period of separation is short, and the stability of the method isgood. The operations have been done several times. The recovery rates for these impuritiesare from 81. 4 percent to 116 percent and the relative standard deviations are from 1. 68 percent to 6. 0 percent.
