长水平段大位移井井眼轨道优化设计

摘    要:摩阻和扭矩是制约长水平段大位移井水平段延伸的主要因素,井眼轨道优化是减小钻具摩阻和扭矩的方法之一。模拟了不同造斜率和靶前位移情况下长水平段大位移井的摩阻和扭矩,分析了不同轨道类型对摩擦系数的敏感性。结果表明,长水平段大位移井应优先选用较低造斜率的轨道,无特殊需要时尽量简化轨道类型。

Abstract:Friction and torque are main factors that hinder extending of long horizontal section well.Optimization of well trajectory is one way to reduce friction and torque.Friction and torque of various well profiles with different build-up rate and different displacement before target are calculated,and the influence of friction coefficient on various well profiles is analyzed.The results show that low build-up rate and simple trajectory are suitable for extended reach horizontal well with long horizontal section.
