| Abstract: | The development of resource depleting enterprises takes important influence on the economic operation and especially overall attaining a target of well-to-do society within 20 years in China. The present situation and characteristics of these enterprises are described and four countermeasures including legislation, supplement exploration, establishment of new selling mechanism and regulation of industrial structure are suggested to promote the transformation and vitalization of those difficult enterprises. |
