| 摘 要： | 电信基站管理信息系统是以地理信息系统(Geographic Information System，GIS)为基础开发平台，应用Microsoft Visual Basic 6．0作为开发语言，通过调用ESRI公司ARC/INFO软件中的MapObjects组件，实现了基站内点、线、区空间数据与属性数据的管理，基线的维护、查询和量算，以及规范基站管线设备图的编辑和制图等功能。其中，对GIS图形编辑功能的扩展开发，实现基站管线的编辑和制图功能是系统成功的关键。

| Abstract: | The telecom basement information system was built based on a geographic information system software.The MapObjects OCX in ESRI ARC/INFO software was applied with the help of a development tool Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.The points,lines,areas and their attributes in the telecom basement were managed;the maintenance, query,length calculation of the basement lines,the edition and the mapping and plotting equipment were realized.Thereinto,the editing function of GIS software was extensively developed and it was a key problem in telecom basement information system development. |
