铜精矿浸出液中铜镍萃取的研究与应用

摘    要:研究了铜精矿催化加压浸取净化除铁后 ,料液中铜镍的萃取分离及串级模拟实验。采用LIX984萃取剂 ,在料液 pH =4.0时铜镍分离效果较为理想。除铜后的料液 ,用P2 0 4 萃取富集镍。经硫酸反萃的溶液可直接用于铜镍的电解精炼。

Abstract:Study on extraction and simulated mutristage experiment about separating copper from nikle in the feed, which was from catalyze-pressuring to copper-concentrate and iron had been removed. Using LIX984 as extractant, the results for separating copper from nikle was excelent at pH= 4.0. The nikle was concentrated with extractant of P 204 from the solution separated copper. The stripping solution of H 2SO 4 can be used to electrolyze refined copper and nikle dirctly.
