摘    要:水资源的合理开发利用与否是影响社会经济发展的瓶颈。以霍林河流域为研究对象,对该流域特征及其生态环境问题进行了分析,构建了水资源承载力研究的指标体系,该体系包括水资源形成的自然条件、开发利用及社会经济因素3个方面9项指标。应用因子分析法对流域内各县市水资源承载能力进行定量评价,结果表明,霍林河流域从上游到下游,水资源承载能力主要受水资源形成条件和开发利用强度的影响,水资源承载能力评价是水资源可持续利用的关键。

Abstract:Water resource utilization is the key factor for the social and economic development of Songnen plain because of its ecological fragile zone between arid and semiarid area. A case study in Huolin River basin located in the southwestern Songnen plain shows the environmental features of local water resource and existing. Based on the constrained factors on the water resources utilization, an index system has been set up in order to evaluate the water resources carring capacity. This index system is composed of 9 indexes in three items,which includes the natural condition of water resources forming, water resources development and social-economical situation. Factor analysis about the water carrying capacity of the Huolin River basin shows that the water resources carring capacity is mainly controlled by the forming conditions of water resources and the water resources utilization situation.The evaluation result about the water resources carring capacity is the essence of the sustainable development of water resources.
