| Abstract: | The paper introduces the principle,method and technology of processing land-sat MSS data, through establishing image processing work station on microcomputer. The image processing workstation uses model 386 microcomputer, the enhaced high resolution colour monitor and matched image development tool kit, and Siemens 7570C computer etc. Soft wares of tape format transforming,image displaying, image combining, edge crispening and image transforming etc. have been developed on the work station.The low cost image work station is satisfactory for higher education and scientific researches. |
