| 摘 要： | 选取依靠外来劳动力发展经济最典型的地区东莞作为研究对象,研究人口红利对东莞区域经济发展的影响。研究发现,外来工对东莞经济发展起到重要支撑作用,东莞利用人口红利发展"外来工经济"的特征明显。但人口红利对东莞在产业升级、社会治安、资源环境、城市可持续发展等区域经济发展问题上也存在不利影响。东莞市面临着经济和社会双转型的问题,必须从以"廉价劳动力优势"换取积累的模式转向低投入、低消耗、低排放和高效率的轨道,可以通过转化加强职业教育投入、重视本土企业发展等措施应对这一问题。

| Abstract: | The paper chooses Dongguan City whose foreign economic development is the most typical area in China as the study subject and researches into its influence on its regional economic development.The research finds that migrant labor plays an important part in Dongguan＇s economic development.The feature that Dongguan takes advantage of demographic dividend to develop migrant labor economy is obvious.However,there are still negative effects upon the problems of local industrial upgrade,social security,resources and environment and urban sustainable development.Dongguan is confronting the problem of economic and social double transformation.Dongguan has to change from the mode of depending on cheap labour benefits for accumulation to the way of low inpur,low consumption and low emission.Therefore,it is neseccery to take measures which include strengthening vocational educational input and placing importance on the development of local enterprises to answer the problem. |
