| 摘 要： | “虚拟水”是国际上20世纪90年代初提出来的一个新概念,它主要是指缺水国家通过进口粮食而实现本国的水资源安全。中东和北非地区事实上已经实施了“虚拟水”战略,以保障当地的水资源安全。中国疆域辽阔,水资源分布时空不均衡性明显,通过对2000年中国各省(市)进出口粮食情况的分析发现,中国各省(市)之间已存在“虚拟水”现象,将各省(市)“虚拟水”进出口量与当地的水资源情况进行对比分析,从中可以发现中国各省(市)进出口“虚拟水”有4种表现形式,出现这些表现形式有多方面的原因。

| Abstract: | Virtual Water" is a new concept which was introduced by J.A.Allan in the early nineties.This concept is used to describe a water-short country achieves food and water security by purchasing a portion of its food requirements in international markets. The territory of China is large, and the distribution of water is uneven in temporal and spatial. It is found that there have been "virtual water" phenomena among provinces in china by analyzing farm productions of imports and exports of Chinese provinces in 2000. Comparing "virtual water" of imports and exports with water resources of Chinese provinces . It is found that there are four types of "virtual water" of imports and exports of Chinese provinces. Author simply analyzes the reasons of these phenomena. |
