| 摘 要： | 通过对区域自然地理和社会经济条件的综合分析,论证中国北部和中部沿海新增长极的合理选址所在(分别是渤海的入口处、长江口的崇明岛、位于杭州湾东侧的宁波-舟山),并就如何培育这些新增长极提出了初步的设想,包括:建设“渤海门户组合港”、莱州湾的围海成湖、封堵长江口北支、在崇明岛建设“江北上海”、把整个杭州湾全部围垦成陆。

| Abstract: | By making a comprehensive analysis of the regional physical geography and the social economic conditions,the present paper expounds and proves the reasonableness of choosing the sites of new points of increase on China's northern and middle coasts(e.g.places on the estuaries of the Bohai Sea,the Chongming Island on the mouth of the Yangtze River,Ningbo and Zhoushan to the east of Hangzhou Gulf)and puts forward some tentative ideas on how to cultivate these new points of increase,such as building "a combined port on the coast of the Bohai Lea",creating a lake from the sea in Laizhou Gulf,blocking up the northern tributary on the mouth of the Yangtze River,building a "Shanghai in Northern Jiangsu"and turning the entire Hangzhou Gulf into land. |
