| 摘 要： | 自然资源、经济资源对一个国家或地区的人口起重要的支撑作用,是可持续发展的基础。本文在界定相对资源承载力概念的基础上,采用相对资源承载力的研究方法,以济宁市为研究区,以山东省为参照区,计算分析了1996-2008年济宁市相对自然资源承载力、相对经济资源承载力和综合承载力。结果表明:①济宁市各项资源承载力都处于超载状态;②济宁市自然资源对综合承载力的贡献率占较高比例,是人口的主要承载资源。在此基础上,指出济宁市实现可持续发展存在的相对综合承载力下降、耕地面积减少、煤炭依赖症、三大产业结构不合理等问题,分析了济宁市实现可持续发展具有的平原面积大、矿产资源丰富和旅游资源得天独厚的竞争优势。
