| 摘 要： | 本文根据2004年广东省第一次经济普查数据,分析了广东省的就业结构的专业化程度和类型。分析发现,广东省专业化部门以制造业和房地产、住宿餐饮、租赁和商务服务等较高层次的第三产业为主,且专业化部门的区域差异明显,广州、深圳和珠海市广东省最主要的经济中心,其专业化部门门类较多、层次较高,而珠三角的制造业专业化优势突出,粤东、粤西和粤北的专业化部门不仅数量较少,而且专业化部门层次相对较低。可以将广东省21个区域划分为4种类型,各类型之间的就业结构特征差异明显,广州、深圳和珠海被明显地聚为一类,粤东和粤北基本属于同一个类型,粤西和珠三角的其它区域则各属于一类。

| Abstract: | According to economic census data of Guangdong in 2004, specialization and types of employment structure of Guangdong are analyzed. It is found that manufacture, hotel and restaurant, lease and business are the most important specialized sectors in Guangdong with distinct regional difference. As the most important economic centers in Guangdong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai have the most and the higher level of specialized sectors, but Yuedong, Yuexi and Yuebei are not. 21 regions can be divided into 4 types with different characteristics of employment. Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai is a special type, and Yuedong and Yuebei is basically the same type, but Yuexi and other areas in Pearl River Delta belongto different types. |
