| 摘 要： | 本文从分析企业网络的发育和完善程度出发，探讨影响网络创新能力的因素。文章指出，网络发育程度与创新能力(创新数量、创新发生的频率)是正相关的。从宏观上讲网络越密集、各种正式和非正式联系越有效、网络联系越稳定、网络自我更新能力越强、网络的开放性越强、网络越能根植于当地的良好的区域环境，越容易激发创新；从微观上讲，网络中行为主体的学习能力越强，其创新发生频率越高，创新能力越强。

| Abstract: | Network in this paper is a synthetic substance of local behavior subjects and their relationship and the resource flowing in the network, which concentrates relatively on an area and relates to enterprise activity. Network contains nodes and relationship. The nodes include producer,cooperator, supplier, customer, university, scientific research institution, government and intermediary institution. The relationships include the formal and non-formal relationship, which among enterprises (producer, competitor), between enterprise and other local behavior subjects, such as Network constitutes the base of existence and development of enterprises. It has its personalities, such as extensive linkage, multilateral subject,boundless integration, mutually beneficial internal,and knot acting mutually etc.
This paper analysis from the development degree of enterprise networks, and discusses the influencing factors of innovation ability. This paper points that the innovative ability of the network is not decided by the types, the regions and the time, which the network has held, but is decided by the development degree of the network. Then the paper points out that there is a positive correlation between the development degree of enterprise networks and the innovative ability. The crunodes in the network are more denseness, and the innovative ability of the network is stronger. The normal and the unmoral relationships in the network are more efficacious, and the innovative ability of the network is stronger. The society capital(credit, mutual benefit, and agglomerate ability) is more sufficient, and the innovative ability of the network is stronger. The ability of self-updating is better, and the innovative ability of the network is stronger. The degree of enterprise network embedding in the good local environment is deeper, and the innovative ability of the network is stronger. |
