| 摘 要： | 外商投资R&D中心建设是我国地区综合竞争力和能力建设的重要环节之一,也是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分。本文通过对在华外商投资R&D中心建设的发展态势和特点及外商投资R&D中心建设与我国地区综合竞争力和科技创新体系建设的关系分析,就外商投资R&D中心建设对我国经济发展的促进作用作了详细探讨。

| Abstract: | Development of foreign invested R&D centers has a crucial role in improvement of the regional overall competitiveness in Chinese economy and is one of the most important components in construction of the Chinese national science and technology innovation system. Through detailed analysis of the current situation and main problems in domestic R&D investments in China, relationships between development of foreign invested R&D centers and the regional overall competitiveness and building up of the science and technology innovation system and, overall, characteristics and trend of development of the foreign invested R&D centers in China, this paper discusses explicitly the actual role of development of foreign invested R&D centers in Chinese economy. |
