| 摘 要： | 对近期国外有关全球价值链内企业升级的研究进行总结、梳理和概述。全球价值链内企业升级的既有研究，可归纳为企业升级与领导企业、企业升级的战略选择、企业升级与学习、企业升级与价值链治理模式、企业升级与集群以及企业升级与政策等主题。简要归纳了现有研究存在的不足，这是今后研究的重点和趋势所在。
