摘    要:如何将港口文化资源禀赋转化为创意产业,促进滨海港口地区复兴是后工业社会全球沿海港口地区发展研究的核心论题。本文探析了文化资源到创意产业的转化潜能、介质、路径、模式和运作机制,并在文化经济地理学视角下架构其实证研究范式,进而以中国舟山普陀区的木帆船、沙雕等创意产业为例,采用文化经济地理学方法调查了创意产品生产过程的项目网络特征。研究发现:港口文化资源转化为创意产业的适宜条件是由创意、资本、管理等要素结网构成创意场域,亦即在市场主导下将文化资源与现代创意、媒介、市场需求等网络式融合。最后提出促推浙江港口地区文化资源发展创意产业可持续发展的建设的建议。

Abstract:How to transform culture resource endowment into creative industry and facilitate coastal harbor region revitalization is a core issue of global coastal harbor region development in the post-industry society. The paper ex-plores and analyses the transformation potential, medium, path,pattern and op-eration mechanism from culture resource to creative industry, and with an em-pirical research paradigm from the perspective of cultural economic geography. Furthermore, this paper takes traditional sailing boat and sand-sculpture as an example, and adopts cultural economic geography methods to study the production course of creative goods and its network features. The research shows: ①The favorable condition for transforming from harbor culture resource to creative industry is a creative field made up of creativity, capital and management, which is market-dominate network integration of culture resource and modern creativity, medium, market demand; ②The networking model of the production process of the creative products of wooden sailing boat and sand sculpture in Putuo district of Zhoushan is still in the control of the market needs, low networking level. That means the production of the wooden sailing boats and the sand sculpture are much restricted by the customer orders, the maritime tourism market and the international service provider. The following suggestions are proposed that the government shall integrate culture resource utilization, cre-ative industry cultivation, and market prospect to make a local development framework, focusing on the network features of creative goods production to im-prove interest share of the local companies in the value chain and harbor cul-ture creative cluster, so as to realize the interest improvement of local com-panies and residents during the culture resource transformation. This paper comes up with sustainable path to facilitate and boost creative industry with harbor culture resource from the perspective of harbor culture resource devel-opment and protection, marine and island feature, industry development and spa-tial governance, brand cultivation and industry chain improvement.
