| 摘 要： | 通过研究印度对布拉马普特拉河的开发现状及计划,分析其开发对上下游国家的影响,发现印度在布拉马普特拉河流域已建水电工程8座,在建1座,拟建19座,并且布拉马普特拉河在印度的连通计划中占有举足轻重的地位,JTF(布拉马普特拉河-恒河)和MSTG(布拉马普特拉河-恒河)工程分别占印度北部水系连通计划总体投资的12.04%和14.53%。这些开发计划使中印的边界问题更加复杂,并且当中国开发雅鲁藏布江时,将会对印度的水利工程的运作带来影响;印度为了缓解能源问题以及调节印度境内的水电工程,在不丹境内建造了大量的水电工程,这使不丹更加依赖印度,并给不丹带来生态灾难;孟加拉国位于印度的下游,上游过多的水电工程使其旱季供水不足影响农田灌溉,改变河流水文条件影响其渔业,并使海水倒灌至使土地盐碱化。

| Abstract: | India＇s projects on Brahmaputra basin have been studied. There are 8 existing hydropower projects, one existing Hydropower Projects and 19 projects under consideration on Brahmaputra basin. Besides that Brahmaputra is an important river in India＇s river linking project. But those projects will take very serious effects to both countries downstream as well as upstream. Most of those projects locate in Zangnan area that will make border issues between China and India more series. India will build lots of projects in Bhutan which will lead to Bhutan dependent on India. And ecological disaster and geological hazards could be brought by those projects. Bangladesh is in the downstream of India. The projects of upstream will change the hydrological conditions that will affect irrigation and fisheries and let the earth salinization. |
