| 摘 要： | 本文简要论述了探讨东部沿海发达地区城市化发展模式的重要意义，深入分析苏州城市化发展进程中存在的问题及其经济、政策成因，提出城市化发展模式的择定原则，并阐明经济全球化背景下城市化发展动力的结构性变化，指出苏州应采取分而亲集型城市化发展模式，以期对东部沿海地区推进城市化发展有所裨益。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses briefly the significance of the study on urbanization models in China's east-coast area. After an in-depth analysis of the obstacles in the urbanization process and their causes for formation, principles for selecting urbanization model are explored, with stress on movements within urbanization development dynamic structure. From this Suzhou should adopt a new urbanization development model, i.e. detaching and Pro-conglomeration Urbanization Model. |
