| 摘 要： | 矿产资源贫乏，平原面积狭窄是日本谋求发展的重大障碍。向海洋扩展土地，追求土地的最佳利用方式，推动着日本填海造陆的历史，创造出日本列岛独具特色的海岸线景观。本文主要阐述日本人造陆地的发展历史，并具体介绍其人造陆地利用形态的发展变化特征。

| Abstract: | Today, Japan is an economic superpower of the word, just next to USA. Its GNP reaches 2/3 of USA, while the area of national land is only 1/25 of USA, 3/4 of which is mountainous regions. According to the statistic standard of the EPA(the economic Planning Agency of Japan ), only 18% of the national land is the valid flat land in Japan , which is only 66000 square kilometers. Its small in area and scarcity of mineral resources form the main factors that impede the development of the country. Thus, its necessary to make reclaimed land from the sea and to search the best way in land utilization. This has been a great power to promote the history of Japanese reclaimed land and to create the peculiar coastline of Japanese Island. Aims at explaining the development of the reclaimed land in Japan, especially, giving an example of Tokyo Bay, This paper reports the characteristics of development changes of the using form of Japanese reclaimed land. |
