| 摘 要： | 近年来，作为解决生态与环境问题的经济手段之一，生态补偿日益受到社会各界的重视和认可。国外关于生态补偿理论和实践的研究，大约已有半个多世纪的历史，有许多成功的范例。本文在探讨生态补偿的概念和基本理论的基础上，分析国外不同领域生态补偿的发展特点，总结不同国家生态补偿的实践、经验与不足，从而为构建我国生态补偿机制提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years, as one of economic instruments to solve ecological and environmental problems, ecological compensation is subjected to social attention and recognition. Theoretical and practical research on ecological compensation has experienced more than half a century in foreign countries, and shown many successful examples. Based on discussing about concepts and basic theories, the paper analyzes development characteristics of ecological compensation in different fields and summarizes practices, experiences and deficiencies in different countries. Consequently, it is to provide reference and enlightenment for building ecological compensation mechanism in China. |
