| 摘 要： | 本文通过对中国加入WTO后区域经济的走势和变化、中国加入WTO后对我国地区产业冲击力的总体评估以及我国地区产业协同调整的必要性的详细分析 ,对我国跨地区产业协同调整理论进行了重新探讨。在此基础上 ,从增强区域综合竞争力和区域合作角度出发 ,构建了中国加入WTO后我国地区产业调控机制和模式转型的理论构架 ,进而提出了我国地区产业调控机制和模式转型的战略思路、目标和要点。

| Abstract: | Along with complement of the negotiations between China and other countries and finally signing of the Accession Agreement, China joined the WTO at the end of last year. China's joining the WTO will certainly bring far_reaching influence on China's economic operating environment in general and regional industries in particular. Through a detailed analysis of the trend of development of Chinese regional industries after China joins the WTO, overall assessment of the impacts, necessities of coordinated adjustment of the regional industries and, meanwhile, re_thinking of the theories of coordinated industrial adjustment in literature, this paper constructs a new theoretical framework for coordinated adjustment and transit of the mechanism and model in controlling Chinese regional industries, and puts forward suggestions of necessary strategies in the end. It argues that the overall thought of the adjustment is to make the market to be the basic force in allocating resources, and to restructure the regional industrial system in a coordinated way following the regional industrial cluster model, which will possess competitive advantages worldwide and thus facilitate the overall regional competitiveness in the future. |
