| 摘 要： | 经济技术开发区建设是我国引进外资和发展对外贸易的重要举措,由于其多处于市郊,因而使原本均质的农业地域迅速转变为异质的城市地域,从而导致周边人口结构趋于复杂,同时也削弱了本地居民和外来人口的归属感,这对于和谐社会建设是潜在的挑战。本文主要以上海闵行经济技术开发区为研究案例,重点通过对居民空间行为和空间感知的实地调研,综合分析和判断开发区周边社区居民的归属感状况。研究表明,无论本地城市人口、乡村人口或外来流动人口的总体归属感都不强,居民与社区以及居民之间的联系都相对薄弱,这对于和谐社会建设是潜在的挑战,理应受到足够重视。

| Abstract: | The construction of economic and technological development zone is an important way to introduce foreign investment and develop trade. The economic and technological development zones are always in the suburban areas, which may cause that the isotropic rural area transforms rapidly into the heterogenic urban land. The population structure around tends to be complex, which weakens the sense of belonging of the local resident and also the non-native population and may become a potential threaten to the construction of the hat monious society. This paper,taking Shanghai Minhang Economic Development Zone as the case,analyzes the condition of resident＇s sense of belonging in peripheral community of development zone through investigation and study about resident space behavior and spatial sensation. The research indicated that all of the population＇s sense of belonging is not strong, including the local urban population,the rural population and the external transient population. Both the communication between residents and the local community is weak,and there is little social relation among residents. These may cause negative impact on the construction of harmonious society so that the sense of belonging deserves further attention. |
