中亚热带地区森林土壤真菌生物量及影响因子研究

摘    要:为了解中亚热带地区不同植被类型土壤真菌生物量特征及影响因子,采用玻璃珠细胞破碎提取麦角甾醇法对福建省建瓯市万木林自然保护区内米槠天然林和杉木人工林土壤真菌进行研究,结果表明:1)米槠天然林和杉木人工林0~10 cm土层真菌生物量均显著高于10~20 cm土层。2)相同植被类型,随着海拔高度增加,米槠天然林0~10 cm和10~20 cm土层真菌生物量分别由1.34 mg·g^-1和0.63 mg·g^-1增加到3.28 mg·g^-1和1.46 mg·g^-1,增幅分别达到144.8%和131.7%,但只有0~10 cm土层差异显著。3)不同植被类型,米槠天然林0~10 cm和10~20 cm土层真菌生物量均显著高于杉木人工林相应土层,分别是杉木人工林的1.65和1.91倍。真菌生物量与土壤理化因子的相关分析结果表明:中亚热带地区森林土壤真菌生物量主要受pH值、土壤有机碳、硝态氮、总氮和C/N的影响,表现为真菌生物量与总氮呈显著正相关,与土壤有机碳和C/N呈极显著正相关,与pH值和硝态氮呈极显著负相关。

Abstract:The soil fungal of Castanopsis carlesii and Chinese fir plantation in Jian'ou National Nature Reserve were researched by glass beads cell disruption extract ergosterol method.The results showed that:1) Soil fungal biomass in Castanopsis carlesii and Chinese fir plantations in 0 ~ 10 cm was significantly higher than that in 10 ~ 20 cm.2) The same vegetation types,with the increase of altitude,Castanopsis carlesii in 0 ~ 10 cm and 10 ~ 20 cm soil fungal biomass changed from 1.34 mg·g^-1and0.63 mg·g^-1to 3.28 mg·g^-1and 1.46 mg·g^-1,increase by 144.8% and 131.7%,respectively,but only significantly in 0 ~ 10 cm.3) For different vegetation types,Castanopsis carlesii in 0 ~10 cm and 10 ~ 20 cm soil fungal biomass were significantly higher than the Chinese fir plantation by1.65 and 1.91 times.Correlation analysis showed that soil fungal biomass was mainly affected by pH,soil organic carbon,Nitrate nitrogen,total nitrogen and C / N.With total nitrogen there was significantly positive correlation,with soil organic carbon and C / N were very significant positive correlation,with pH and Nitrate nitrogen were very significant negative correlation.
