绿洲生态预警信息系统初步设计

摘    要:绿洲生态预警信息系统是实现绿洲区域生态环境评价、预警及动态监测的先进手段.将为绿洲区域可持续发展提供辅助决策信息。论文对系统的网络拓扑结构、系统总体逻辑结构、系统功能、分级权限等进行了初步设计,以期为绿洲生态保护与社会可持续发展提供一个可行的辅助决策系统实现方案。

Abstract:Environmental early-warning is extremely important for prediction of the environmental condition in future and its impact on sustainable development of a region. For this reason a early-warning information system is indispensable. In our study, an information system for early-warning of oasis eco-environment was designed. The system is an advanced tool which can be used for evaluation, early-warning and dynamic monitoring of eco-environment in oasis regions. The design of the system followed some principles, such as practicability, advancement, transplantation, extendability and so on. Its major function is to provide the information of sustainable development of oasis regions for decision makers. In this paper, the design technologies of both structure and functions of the system were presented, which includes the designs of the system's network topology structure, the overall logistic structure, as well as the designs of its functions and safety. The system is composed of four subsystems, i.e. the basic data subsystem, the data inquiry subsystem, the eco-environmental evaluation and early-warning subsystem, and the data output subsystem. The system provides possibility to eco-environment protection and regional sustainable development in oasis regions.
