| 摘 要： | 发展特色旅游是提高区域旅游竞争力的重要途径。从宁夏回族自治区的区域特色分析入手，对其境内特色旅游资源进行了评价和定位。提出了开发利用特色旅游资源的构思与设计，即：创立少湖为生态旅游的典范，打造沙坡头为大漠风光的缩景，构建西夏王陵为文化旅游的胜地，开发回族风清为中华民族风清园的精品。

| Abstract: | The paper analysis the regional characteristic of Ningxia, and appraised characteristic tourism resources, puts forward the conception and design of developing characteristic tourism resources: Found the sand lake scenery as the model of Ecotourism; Make over the Shapotou tourist area as the epitome of desert Scenery; Build the mausoleum of Xixia King as the famous scenic spot of cultural tourism; Expand the Hui ethnic local conditions and customs as the select items of the Chinese ethnic custom garden. |
