| 摘 要： | 运用比较分析的方法，将广州市与国际著名大都市道路交通建设和管理的实践进行了对照，找出广州市目前存在的主要问题，借鉴国际大都市在城市道路建设和管理中的成功经验，提出合理规划布局广州市城市道路系统和科学管理城区交通的一些措施和对策。

| Abstract: | With the economic development and the increase of population, traffic jam in Guangzhou is becomming more and more serious. It is necessary to analyse the reasons that caused the traffic jam and then to find its solution. Comparaed with those in some internationalized metropolises, the main problems in construction and management of Guangzhou's traffic are analysed. It is consideral that the less area of city roads, the unreasonable urban mainline Planning and designing the lack of the connected circular lines, the negligence Of the traffic control in the urban main crossing, and weakening in communication and education about traffic regulations, etc. are the reasons contributing to the traffic problems of Guangzhou, It is. suggusted that the successful experience of the internationalized metropolises should be adopted to cope with the traffic jam.Firstly, severe measures should be taken against bad traffic behaviours. Secondly, the CBD mainline System be improved, and the roads in new city area be scientifically planned and designed, thirdly, an urban stereo - traffic network be developed, and last, the communication and education about traffic regulations be strengthened. |
