| 摘 要： | 以乐清市为例,对沿海经济发达区县域城镇化带型扩展的动因机制及其规律进行了初步探讨,并通过运用城镇化综合度指标,在城镇体系结构研究的基础上,建立了县域城镇化扩展域模型。揭示了城镇化带型发展与区域经济实力和人口规模之间的相关性。对于城镇建设规划决策,实现土地利用优化配置目标具有重要的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Urbanization zonal layout is of universal significance, but there is defferent occuring mechanism in defferent regions. The development of the coastsal region of Wenzhou is a typical case. The conclusions are as follows: 1) More cities in coastal regions have only narrow plain areas. Limited by the landform, the main traffic lines run through the middle of the plains. Depending on these traffic locations, regional production layout and town construction tend to agglomerate along the lines; 2) The actual strength of regional economy is enhanced constantly because of benefits from the advantageous coastal location and preferential policies from the state, the construction of infrastructure, group distribution of industry and population agglomeration are promoted, thus, the processes of urbanization linear development are greatly accelerated. 3) The essential motive power of rapid development of urbanization is that family. enterprises and professional markets spring up vigorously under "Wenzhou Model", as well as the flexible pelicy environment. The development of Yueqing City can be taken as a typical exampl. 4) The synthetical degree of urbanization (SDU) is an important index to study, quantitatively town development trends, Which is specially suitable to the study of county seats. The urban system of Yueqing City can be divided into four grades according to SDU. 5) The level of productive force development in the coastal region depends on two key factors, namely the actual strength of regional economy and the scales of town population. Their relation may be expressed with the expansion width moddel of urbanization (EMU). The calculated results from EMU may provide scientific basis for formulating urbanization policy and realizing the objectives of optimal allocation of urban land. |
