摘    要:该文简介国内外学术界对城市用地空间结构的相关研究,分析城市用地空间结构演变在空间上的两种表现形式,并对城市化进程中促进城市用地空间结构演变的动力主体、驱动力以及城市用地结构演变的驱动机制进行研究。

Abstract:The evolvement of urban land spatial structure and the dynamic mechanism of the evolvement are the core research problems studied in Urban Geographies,Urban Economics,Urban Planning and Land Utility fields.China is in the beginning of the rapid urbanization and the urban land utility will face abrupt change in the coming 20 years according to the experience of many developed cities in the world.Research on these problems helps us to grasp the rules of the evolvement of urban land structure and to make countermeasures more reasonable in urban land using.This paper briefly summarizes the research on the spatial structure of urban land both in China and overseas,analyzes the spatial structure of urban land evolved by two ways: urban sprawl in the outside of urban land and urban land structure restructuring in the inner city,brings forward that the industrial restructuring,system reforming,technology progress and the activities of city dwellers are the driving forces for urban land structure evolvement.In the end,this paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the evolvement of urban land spatial structure in order to make reference for the structural optimization of urban land and guide the sustainable urban land use in urbanization.
