| 摘 要： | 该文针对中国转型时期出现的城市空间问题，提出新城市空间的概念和类型，对当前国内外在新城市空间方面的研究进展进行综述和总结，着重探讨中国新城市空间形成的背景和机制，并分析研究中国新城市空间特征及存在的问题。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of the economy,a lot of new urban space phenomena have occurred in the cities of China.These new urban space should include the new industrial space,the new commercial space,the new residential space,and so on,and the appearance of the new urban space phenomenon has deeply affected the development of cities.A great deal of specialists and scholars have studied on the individual urban space,but few have studied on the relationship among the new urban spaces on the scope of urban space organization.This paper studies on the integration of the new urban spaces,puts forward a new concept of the new urban space in the cities of China.It also researches into the background and the formation mechanisms of the new urban space.Then this paper analyzes the characters of the new urban spaces from the location,the appearance frequency,the scale,the leading cause,the scope of the new urban space influence,and so on.At last this paper generalizes the problems of the new urban spaces in China,which include the macrocephalic scale of the new urban space,the inflated city caused by the new urban space,the divisive function among several kinds of the new urban spaces,the lack of the culture of the new urban spaces,and the key problem as the chaos organization of the new urban space. |
