| 摘 要： | 水环境承载力作为衡量水环境与社会经济协调发展程度的研究刚刚起步，目前尚未形成比较完善的理论体系。该文在总结现有研究成果的基础上，从理论上明确了水环境承载力的概念、本质、特征、研究内容及意义。基于力学的基本理论，建立了水环境承载力的表达式，进而提出纳污弹性力的概念，对进一步研究水环境与可持续发展的相关关系具有实际意义。 |

| Abstract: | The studies of Water Environmental Bearing Capacity (WEBC) to judge whether the water environment is coordinated with social economy, have been put forward.At the present time, its theory system does not been formed perfectly. Based on summarizing existing production, this paper confirms the concept, essence, character, studying content and significance of WEBC.This paper sets up the mathematical expression of WEBC and points out the concept of elastic received-pollutant. It is very urgent and significant to study the relationship between water environment and sustainable development. |
