| 摘 要： | 在系统分析建设用地资源评价内涵和总体思路基础上,阐述了建设用地资源评价指标体系的构建与常用的评价方法。以北京市某区的规划数据为例,利用"筛选与潜力评价相结合"方法完成了可利用建设用地资源潜力评价实验和方法验证过程,发现利用模型和规则库自动资源评价的结果与人工评价结果基本一致,可参与可利用建设用地资源评价过程。同时,该研究在理论构建的基础上,开发了可利用建设用地资源评价系统,通过用户输入指标,构建针对具体对象的评价体系,可对不同尺度的区域进行可利用建设用地资源评价。研究发现,城市可利用建设用地资源潜力自动评价的结果对数据精度与现势性要求较高,只有保障了空间数据质量,可利用建设用地资源潜力评价的准确性和可持续性才能得到根本保证。
