| 摘 要： | 该文针对我国海岸线管理的诸多问题，阐述了准确掌握海岸线基础数据，实时动态更新海岸线变化数据，建立海岸线管理基础信息系统的重要性与必要性，分析了3S技术在海岸线测量与管理中的适宜性及其在海岸线测量中的具体应用，通过信标差分GPS、RTK定位系统，采用TM遥感数据进行海岸线测量的精度比较分析与评估，确认了TM遥感影像进行人工海岸线测量精度的可靠性，提出海岸线研究应关注的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper expatiates on some issues of coastline management. The essentiality and necessity of implementing coastline survey, changing the coastline data in time and establishing coastline management system is discussed. It is believed that 3S techniques are useful tools in coastline surveying and managing. An example is given to show the application of coastline survey by 3S techniques, and the survey precision of the coastline based on beacon differential GPS,RTK and TM image is analyzed. It is affirmed in this paper to survey manpower coastline by TM image. Some interrelated issues are brought forward for further studies. |
