| 摘 要： | 对以城市道路和街坊为核心的基础地理要素编码方法进行研究,克服了传统的城市基础地理要素编码方法中因人为因素造成编码在唯一性、扩展性和稳定性方面的缺陷,提出将编码内容与地理要素的地理位置相关联,且充分体现唯一性、扩展性和稳定性的网格化城市基础地理要素编码方法。由该方法编制的覆盖上海全市的基础地理要素编码可供上海城市规划、建设与管理使用。同时为促进上海空间基础地理信息的共享和交换,推动城市GIS的开发利用创造条件。

| Abstract: | Through coding the basic geographic elements based on urban roads and residential blocks as well as its coding methodology analysis and studies,this paper has excluded the traditional coding methodology of urban basic geographic elements,overcoming the limitation and weaknesses in areas of uniqueness,expansibility and stability caused by artificial factors in traditional coding contents,and thus proposed,with brand-new viewpoints and thoughts,a basic gridironized urban geographic coding methodology,which has well correlated the coding contents with the geographic elements such as geographic positions,and has also fully reflected its uniqueness,expansibility and stability.The basic geographic element codes,complied based on this methodology,have bestrewn the whole city of Shanghai,not only satisfying the utilization of Shanghai urban planning,construction and administration but creating favorable conditions for facilitating the sharing and exchange of the basic spatial information in Shanghai and therefore promoting the development and use of its urban geographic information system.This coding methodology of urban basic geographic elements and its codes can play an important role in providing cross-reference to the compilation of other urban geographic codes. |
